Who Can Become a Mentor?

We welcome professionals from all backgrounds who are committed to social change and have a desire to contribute positively to the development of young leaders. Whether you are located in Metro Atlanta or anywhere around the world, you can participate in our sessions via Zoom and other digital platforms.

Mentor Responsibilities

  • Regular Meetings: Meet with your mentees at least once a month to discuss their progress, challenges, and plans.

  • Skill Development: Assist in refining their skills in leadership, project management, and effective communication.

  • Goal Setting: Help mentees set realistic goals for their personal and professional development and guide them in creating actionable plans to achieve these goals.

  • Feedback and Support: Provide constructive feedback and emotional support to encourage and motivate participants.
